I had a buddy ride through on his stretched R1, he said it was a little hairy in some of the sharper turns if you were pushing it, but if you just coast through not trying to make the world record for fastest speed, you'll be fine.

we have a yearly group ride/meet for the 600R guys, usually around July 24-26 part of the month give or take a day or two. if that can work out for most of you locals then we could definitely organize ahead of time.

it's a place that should be respected. you won't gain any glory for a 45 mph fall off the side of a mountain.....we aren't exactly a squidly bunch, and that's part of why you see me in full gear all the time. generally we have three groups, beginner/chill group, intermediate, and advanced. people from as far as california come out to the meet, as of last year. it's a damn shame i couldn't make it.

RIP one of our members that died up there this year that i never got to meet (Ash).

anyway, just throwing that out there if you guys think you're game to join up and not crash out. Iron Horse Lodge is the usual site to stay at, but it's whatever. camp out if you're bold :)

Was just there last week. Didn't see a single LEO on the Dragon two days in a row! Could definitely tell it was off season.
