But my sport bike days may be coming to a close..soon..

If this does happen I'll still keep active on the boards and the site, but due to unseen issues this week, I may not be riding much longer. Sorry guys.

Nah, I was having a lot of fucking problems with my lower back and my doctor wanted me to stop riding period because it wasn't helping my cause but we later found out I had a pinched nerve and we've got it taken care of.

good to hear, i was wondering what you meant about the meds comment. expect the worst but hope for the best, that's what the old timers always say. in this months MC or SR there's a pic of a guy that's paralized from the waist down that's got a fancy setup (thumb shift etc) yamaha dirtbike YZ450 i think that's doing more hero shit on tracks than some of the guys that are fully able, i'll see if i can find the pic. it's always inspiring to see what people will do to keep riding no matter what.

you think it's more from the bike than the MMA and such... may try changing you posture or getting a new seat (and a new bike)... supposedly the GSXR750 is the most comfortable sport bikes for guys of average height and weight (of the Jap bikes, from what I've read and heard).

I don't know what the pinched nerve came from. MMA could have been a possibility, but I'm not sure. As for a different bike, I've rode all of them and only really felt comfy on mine and the R1, so we'll see!

just take it easy for a while... save it for riding season.
