@ Paul/Speedbump and/or other owners, if any:

Being that it is time to kick off riding season, and 03sv/Hibiscus are no longer active here (not sure if they still own it or not), should we make modifications to the Admins/Mods? If yes, may I suggest Ryan and/or Fred? They are about the only other "regulars" here.

I believe that we need to get back on schedule and make this a happening forum, like it has the potential to be... If you all (Paul/Speedbump) decide to keep this forum under your own accounts (as opposed to 03sv/Hibiscus or letting Jeff or I possibly take it over), please at least get Phil's "rider of the month" off of the homepage - no offense to Phil, but he hasn't been local for nearly a year. Let's start this idea back up and find a new RotM for May! Hell, maybe the RotM award comes with a prize or trophy or free dinner at the following bike night (you get the point).

I'm open to ideas from all of you "active" members, mods and admins, so please get vocal... What do you all want out of your Shifted experience? Do you all have ideas to attract new members to Shifted? What events do you all believe that Shifted should be involved in, host and/or start?

I believe it may be near time for another Owner/Admin/Mod meeting - a face-to-face round table discussion of where Shifted is going and where Shifted wants to go. What about you folks, agree or disagree? If necessary, feel free to convert this to an "Admin" post, but I didn't feel the need.

Good points on all of it, i will get ahold of bump, his work right now has him maxed out, as far as control jeff and nic have the same control as brad and linda did, i will get with bump, we have some stuff that needs changing all the way around,

yeah man nic and myself are diehards, we gonna be here for a minute!!! like i told nic tonight i'm a forum kinda dude, i don't know jack about making websites look professional but having a forum that works is critical. we have just that, a forum that's ideal for local riders to do their thing, meet up, and get their ride on. any and all trackdays in the area, we got the lock on it. any special events, you know we're down to make sure people know what's up. pics? vids? i got ya covered.....

long story short we have the bases covered, we just need the regular members and feedback to make it ride out. iono if i need to pull a PBS Telethon or what.....maybe we just have an awkward demographic for riders, too many non-committing kiddies on gixxers (no harm no foul, zuki riders!), too many squids that let their gixxer accumulate more dust than miles, or maybe we just can't pitch a sale as good as Harley can......but i have faith this will all come around in time.

all mumbo jumbo aside, Ryan and Fred are most definitely the best of the bunch, if they so choose to have any such position on the forums i'm 100% all for it. you can't ask for much better guys to ride with, or eat with. and i'm not a fan of eating during rides, but these guys make it worthwhile. especially when it involves the Old School Diner......

You all seem to be doing a pretty good job at this but I am with Nic the ROM has been up a long time. It is nice to see that folks still want to keep the forum going. I know I don't post very often but I do still check out the forum two or three times a week just to see whats going on. So keep up the good work.
